SPARKLING WATER

OBJECTIVE For this project, the objective was to redesign the packaging of an already existing line of packaged goods. The design needed to appeal to the determined demographic and had to include at least four design variations in the design.

SOLUTION For my brand, I chose to redesign the labels of Sprecher’s sparkling water, choosing the flavors: orange, raspberry, strawberry, and mango, each using a specific, matching color. Each label incorporated a bubble pattern and an icon depicting the fruit that the water was flavored after. White accents on the icons and text were added to give the designs a “pop.” After creating the four bottle labels, a matching carrying case was made to hold the bottles as a variety pack.

REDESIGN

In the end, the labels went from a more illustrated style to one from the original design that is eye-catching and more modern. With this change, it allows the new labels to stand alongside current sparkling waters, many of which use a more vectorized and modern look, as well as standing out through the bold use of bright colors and a glass bottle.
